Cody has been fishing a lot this summer so after having baked fish and rice one too many times, I decided we should try our fish tacos. We love this recipe and haven’t gotten tired of it yet. We’ve been using red fish but you could easily use store bought Tilapia (try the Regal Springs brand it’s my favorite) for this recipe if you don’t have a local catch.
PS- for all of my gluten free friends, I use “La Tortilla Factory” brand gluten free tortillas.
