Sometimes the easy treats are my favorite. If you’re in a rush and need a last-minute treat to share with friends, these chocolate-covered mummies took me 20 minutes in total to make and they’re so darn cute. And hey if you need a last-minute costume, the toilet paper mummy is a classic.

What you’ll need:
- Ambrosio White Candy Bark Coating (or your favorite white baking chocolate)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (my favorite are Ghiradelli)
- Wilton Candy eyeballs
- Glutino Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (or use Oreos if you’re not gluten-free)
- Splash of Milk
- Toothpicks
- Wax Paper
- Ziplock Bag
Directions:
Melt Ambrosio white candy bark coating according to directions (takes less than 2 minutes.) In the mean time, lay out a layer of wax paper on your surface and open your bag of cookies.
Carefully insert a toothpick into the creme center of your cookies (about halfway) and then use the toothpick as a handle to dunk the cookie into the melted white chocolate. Lay the white-chocolate covered cookie onto the wax paper.
Immediately, grab two candy eyeballs and place them in the top center of the cookie. Repeat until all cookies are covered.
In a small bowl, microwave the dark chocolate chips for about 45 seconds, then stir and add a splash of milk. Microwave again for another 20 seconds. Add another splash of milk and stir.
In a small ziplock bag, pour your melted dark chocolate mixture and seal tightly. Cut a TINY corner on the bottom of the bag. Use this like a piping bag and go back and forth 4 to 5 times avoiding the eyeballs on your cookies.
Let your mummies cool until the chocolate is hard and at room-temperature before moving.
